Peter has been amazing with his service and advice. We were renovating a classic Sydney Paddington terrace and Peter was very personable, extremely knowledgable and helpful in selecting the architraves and skirting boards for our new home. Peter has worked with a number of notable, high profile clients over many years which is why I return to Peter each time for projects I’m working on due to his care and knowledge (and experience). The products delivered are of high quality and he takes special care in customer service and delivery of products from the start to finish. I can’t recommend him enough and Peter is and will continue to be my ‘go-to’ for architectural trims and skirtings - he is without doubt the best in the business.

Engaged this company to quote on some curved architraves, with clear instructions on what was required, they quoted the job & were issued with the works order to manufacture and supply.Followed up with the sales team, fourteen (14) working days later, to see when delivery was expected.The company owner ( Peter ) called me to say that they would not be supplying the job and that the curved templates provided, had been thrown out, after he claims he had spoken to one my colleagues, telling them that they don't supply other manufacturers profiles ( he first claimed he couldn't remember who he spoke to and then went onto say that he had rung the number which was on the template provided ) sadly, there was no phone number on the template, just our company purchase order.Peter made a strong point of being in business for over forty years, which really wasn't relevant in the context of our discussion, given the fact that he & his organisation, forgot the basic thing of picking up the phone & ringing the person that had placed the order with them in the first place ( Customer Service )So as it stands we have lost three weeks and have been hung up on twice by the Peter, who's response is that he cant deal with this "So much for over forty years of experience."

Peter was very helpful and gave us some great advice, plus had the profiles in stock so we could take them the same day, price was very fair and reasonable and quality excellent, will buy from again.

Really bad customer service

Made an enquiring to buy their products however, were extreamely unwilling to help. Got the feeling they didn't want my business. Dissapointing.

The quality of the product it outstanding and we have had so many compliments from our friends and family. We have a ranch style property and it now looks like a brand new home. if you would like to have a conversation with a company and be interrupted half way through every sentence, call this company. Spoke to Peter (owner?) and he was very rude, any time I tried to ask a question he would just go on about how successful his company is. no idea how he has had success with an attitude like that!
