When we got a call from Paula that our holiday rental had been cancelled due to a water leak in the property we were so disappointed.Although this was out of her control, she was so lovely, apologetic and tried to find something else for us. Then the next day she called and said they had another property that was available. We had already found something else to stay at, but I just wanted to say how warm it made me feel that she had attempted to help us out again.Great service and follow up!!!

Wouldn’t hire holiday rental from these guys again.Spider webs everywhere, toilet soap bottle topped up with water, rubbish bin full to the brim.At over $800 for three nights, I think that’s enough to get the place cleaned and bins emptied. Oh and maybe enough not to top up the soap with more than 50% water.
