Best agent out! Was a pleasure working with Racquel. From my past real estate agent experiences, I have to admit that Racquel is my favourite agent to date.My partner and I appreciated how easy she was to talk to & how open Racquel was to negotiate, without using bully tactics and bluffs like other agents commonly do.

Had an agent come to look at our property as we are selling. He came out as arranged and said he would do some more homework and get back to us. I asked him for a ball park figure which he provided but again said he wanted to do more investigating and would ring us the next day. Well that was a week ago and we have heard nothing at all. I can only assume we wasted his time and our house wasn't worthy of first national real estate. Just a bit of an update 2months on and still never heard back from Simon but he did us a big favour as we went with another agent who had people climbing over each other to buy. We have now sold for 90k more than Simons ball park figure. I can understand if he did not think the property was not suitable for him to sell but to just not get back to us is highly unprofessional and my recommendation would be to steer clear of a highly unprofessional real estate salesman.

Raquel was professional, interested and keen. Raquel sold my house in such a short period of time and during the downturn it was amazing. She got the price I wanted and it was the smoothest sale of a property I have ever had. Fabulous, I highly recommend Raquel and would not hesitate to use her again.
