The owner of the house i was renting decided to sell... Karen was amazing, helping me in any way to make the transition smooth, providing information beyond expectation and allowed me to cancel open house inspections if needed as i sometimes get migraines. The house sold and the new owner decided to keep me on with a 3 year lease after Karen gave me a good reference. Further more Damien, my new property manager allowed me weeks to sign the lease as i was in hospital. Thankyou so much

This real estate agent is a joke! Booked in some short term accomodation for a weekend away after organising months in advance. They cancelled on our group 3 days prior to arriving. Their reason was that 'they don't accept group bookings'. However after reading over the reviews on their website, plenty of people stated they stayed there with large groups. This is such appalling customer service.

If you rent a “holiday house” from this company you will arrive to a dirty, unhygienic, health hazard that looks like it has been abandoned. They WILL NOT compensate you for the holiday from hell after you escape after one day of the initial 2 week booking. 3 words: lazy, unprofessional, callous.

DO NOT rent through this company !We rented a holiday home and it was filthy, it had a balcony with no balestrate which was not council approved !They just take your money and don’t care.The owners are Awful !!!!BEWARE!!!!!!

Karen helped us both buy and sell in Long Beach. She was excellent by far the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. She is a great communicator providing timely and accurate information in a warm and friendly manner. She is a great mediator willing and able to deal with sellers, buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers as necessary and with clarity and empathy. We highly recommend Karen.
