When I first found out about John, I talked to a few people I know, and they all raved about how good he was. He is super professional, reliable and trustworthy. Always open, honest, transparent about everything he does. He and his team installed new timber windows, replaced part of a wall with bifold doors to open up our rumpus room to the backyard, and built a new internal wall to house a new sliding door. Jon Van builders recently demolished the rotted floor in our back room. The new floor was installed and lifted to the same height as our living room floor. The back door was taken out and re installed at the new height. Quite a complex exercise. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
