Helpfull staff. was going to a BBQ and they advised about the cooking time and the cut to take. The owner loves to chat to regulars so you may be waiting for your meat if you are in a hurry.

Very good butcher shop. We are regulars for Porterhouse Steak and the New Yorker sausages (Meat, Pepperoni and Cheese). Steak is always exceptional and the sausages are awesome. We haven't tried any of the other sausages but there is a very big range of various gourmet flavours. Owner likes a chat, all in all very professional and high quality. I am disappointed when I haven't had time to get there before they close. Limited hours, it's not a supermarket.

Drove 10 kms to buy meat and store is closed 20 minutes before 6

I have recently started coming to this butcher and have been blown away by the kindness of staff. They are informative of the produce and ensure a positive experience. They even open the door for me when they see me coming with the pram!Very happy customer and I will be a ongoing customer.

Super rude to random people. I was trying to find a spot in Dickson to park which is hard enough on a Saturday arvo so I thought I’d found a spot but it seemed like it cut across these guys’ driveway a little bit. Parked anyway and came out of the car to see if it was encroaching - it was and I was just deciding to leave when one of the people who worked here came out and yelled “you know that’s a driveway right you can’t park there”. Yeah alright mister I was just leaving but in future if you’re going to yell at me for parking across your driveway I might as well have done so. You don’t have to be rude for no reason!

I get hungry just looking at the pictures of this shop. The meat is fresh, and the service super friendly. Will bend over backwards to have your cuts of meat cut the way you want. Support local business, especially during the covid era.

Great range and high quality meat. With reasonably high prices compared to some other butchers this is definately a case of 'you get what you pay for'.Only quibble - which won't stop me from shopping there - concerns the gluten-free status of their sausages (which are also excellent). After being told that their steak dianne snags were gluten free I asked if they contained worchester sauce, the answer to which was yes. I asked if they used GF worchester sauce and the assistant went out back to look and came back to say that the sauce they used contained wheat. The response I received to my query was less than grateful, but as a celiac it's important that I know - and that businesses know - when their food isn't GF, but is being sold as such. So take care and ask questions if you have allergies.
