Top dealership excellent service.

The staff at Performance Automobiles Hobart were very accommodating. I traveled up from Launceston for my vehicle's first service, and they organised it so I could get back on the road ASAP. I asked for a couple of other jobs to be done over and above the service, and they were more than happy to oblige. All this was done at a very reasonable price.The staff are helpful, courteous, and obliging. Thanks guys for a great job. I'll be back.

If there was a lower score I would score lower. After having an issue with both my sunroof making a very loud and obvious whistling at 100k and this failing to be rectified (with them being more concerned about it being covered under warranty or not, which was not my cincern) I was advised that a faulty part would be in within 24 hours, over 1 week later and still not even a call or email. Pretty appauling for a representative of the 3 point star, a car I have dremed of of owning since a child. If there was an alternate dealership in Hobart I would seek their expertise, maybe a road trip to Launceston is in order to have a dealership complete the repair in a professional manner. Very dissapinted and will NEVER upgrade my Mercedes-Benz through this dealership if this is the way they treat loyal customers to the brand. Not good enough PA.

Very upmarket feel for a guy wearing jeans and looking to buy a ute! Drool worthy floor stock very distracting. Despite looking at cheaper models, I was treated with respect and found the experience genuinely enjoyable.

I was interested in an AMG GT a whole ago and made them a serious offer. The sales guy told me he'll tell his boss my offer but will probably get laughed out of his office". It's nice to deal with professionals like that! Haha :D Anyway a couple days later they called me back wanting to accept my offer. I bought at MB Melbourne instead

Zero customer service , inexperienced and unknowledgeable staff, we finalised glc and they couldn’t generate an invoice for us, took two weeks as they were dealing with another customer for the same car. it’s best to buy from mainland as they don’t know how to do business.
