Fresh Nails - Australia Fair

I’ve come here a couple of times to get my nails done and they’ve done a stellar job each time. I don’t go often enough to know each of the individual employees but I came here when my arm was broken to get a manicure and the lady who did my nails was so gentle in the way she manoeuvred my hand so it didn’t hurt me and I still had fantastic nails. I came back for a pedicure and the attention to detail was immaculate. My boyfriend got his nails done here for his first time and he loved it. Customer service 10/10.

Very disappointed about the last visit I had here day-before-yesterday. I wanted to remove my acrylic nails coz it was difficult to work with them on and I felt like my nails need a break. I was been served with a staff member whose first day on the job was then. She was nice and friendly, but it seemed like she’s not properly trained. She wasn’t gentle with my nails that she ended up breaking my nail as you can see in the picture. I guess she was in a hurry to go home as the store was about to close. They should either not take customers in if they think that they won’t be able finish on time or they should take time to finish the job properly. My nails look horrible! Will never visit there again :(

Really want to like this salon as it’s close to my house but I won’t be going back. There’s extra charge of $5 for any other shape of nails (on square and oval shape is free) there’s an extra charge of $10 if you wants soft pastel colours rather than bright and glitter polish. I have never paid extra for the colour and shape of my nails. There’s an additional $10 charge if u want them to remove the dead skin during a pedicure. Just looking at my current nails is making me angry. There’s bubbles in the polish, all my nails shapes are different and not even the filed properly, the acyclic application looks like how a beginner would do it. Reading the comments I now know why the salon is usually quite with only a customer.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is terrible, i got my nails done, they are uneven, wonky and not applied right. as i was getting my nails done 2 ladies came into the store complaining about one of the staff member, who was actually doing my nails, the 2 ladies complained about the staff member complaining about doing french tip and complained about her wanting to change her nails. the staff were also very rude to a sweet elderly lady saying “stop moving do it later. stop, put your hand in further, *sighs* rolls eyes* put your hands in further. terrible job with terrible staff. my dog could do better

very rude customer service. Almost charged me more than the quoted price originally, then backed and changed it when i called them out on it. and wanted to charge me double the price of infills for an added design that would cost $15-$20 max somewhere else. overall a very rude and frustrating experience.

Had my nails done today, Unfortunately i didnt quite like it. When i left the shop it was actually nice.. But as soon as im in my car, my nails started to bubble i dont know what had happen. So after that, went back and tell them exactly what had happened. They still assigned me to the same person who did my nail,I wasn't happy, So i decided to just get rid of it. and ask for refund. I didn't mind paying what is worth but if the customer aren't happy make sure you assigned it to different person. Don't just take someone's money just because you did their nails done. If you dont want to refund just make sure that assigned it to someone whos better of doing it. or let says professional. Never again i am gonna be in that nails shop. You guys only had a little chance to make someone relax or happy but you couldn't do it.

Unfortunately the outcome of my nails were really pore. While taking off the shellac the tech kept burning my fingers going quite slow & the friction was too much. Having my nails taken over by another team member and she didn’t file my nails having them all rough around the whole nail, very sharp & uneven as the were filed down to shorten them. Not really good at all.

Paid $35.40 for an uneven, rushed gel polish. Service was fast, quality was that of a home job.Cuticles were not pushed back, polish was applied unevenly and it ended up looking like I'd had the polish on for a week already.

Gave it 1 star only because you have to rate it something. I did not enjoy the experience. Very little choice in colour, even when I chose one I was disappointed. I won't go back. I asked if they offered shaving dead skin, and they replied, Not necessary." One of the things I want most from a pedicure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!! I am by no means high maintenance
