Christian the owner came out himself on the same day I called to inspect our filter that was leaking and also discovered our pump wasn't in great condition either. By the end of the week we had a new filter and new energy efficient pump installed (which will save us $100's a year). Highly recommended!

We've been having issues with our pool ever since we moved in at the start of this year. Multiple people have come out and not been able to figure out what was wrong. Chris came out yesterday and was amazing. Super nice guy and had the problem solved in no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for pool help.

Christian offers great service, when I lost my husband I had no clue about my pool. Christian has been looking after it since that time. I’ve learnt a lot from him and am capable of doing the minor bits between services . I’ve had to replace my filter and other bits, his pricing is terrific, he’s honest, reliable , likes a chat, always has a smile and more importantly I know my pool is safe to swim in at all times. Good people. Good service. Good price. Recommend. Installation notification confusion. Received message to install Tuesday morning. Lucky we were home Monday morning, message be there is 13 minutes. Originally used Swim mart who were over priced, poor supply of product and charged a booking fee of $75. Pooltec don't.

Christian looks after all aspects of our pool care. From water treatment to cleaning all equipment and any repairs that are necessary. All work is carried out professionally with care and detail to the job at hand. The pool has never looked better.

Christian was AMAZING at giving us advice on a pre-purchase of a home that has a pool. He stayed after the inspection to educate us and explain to us how everything runs and gave us heaps of handy advice on saving money down the line. Rang Christian needing an equipment upgrade four our pool. At this time of year I wasn't even asking about timeframes. He suggested that we could potentially get it done before Christmas. Here I sit tonight, new pool equipment installed and operational. I left the product selection up to the pros. 3 days from discussion to installation. Couldn't be happier.(Please ignore the temporary install of the chlorinator, I need to build a pump shed around the equipment)

Christian and the team are absolutely amazing. As a business owner myself I honestly look for that old school mentality of looking after the customer before anything else - one phone call from Christian and I knew I had the blokes I wanted to look after my troublesome pool.Two visits later and she's clear as tap water and I couldn't be happier.

Utterly fantastic service in every way. Christian is a complete equipment expert too, so I don't need to worry about a thing and my pool always looks fantastic!!! When equipment is needed he gives genuine advice and his pricing is amazing. Whether you want a one-off pool assessment, an ongoing recurring pool service (like we have) or just need an expert's opinion on your pool equipment ... don't make a move without talking to NORTH LAKES POOL CARE!
