Stuffed up the blinds at my brother in laws unit. Quality control is shocking

The service provided by BNH was a high standard from the very first contact until installation. We were greeted and assisted promptly when we visited the showroom, communication about options, pricing and booking a consultation and measure was excellent. We loved that we were able to deal with a local firm who also make the blinds locally in their factory. Of course we sought a number of alternate quotes - BNH were by far the cheapest and the finished products were still made to a high standard. They were installed earlier than the estimated 4 weeks. We wouldn’t hesitate to use BNH again or recommend their service to others. We love our new blinds!

Obviously not interested in business. No acknowledgement the entire time we were there. No hello. No can I help. We stood for ages completely ignored. Shame. We planned to buy local. Won't be back.
