During the scheduled installation time, the staff does not appear, and the person in charge does not answer the phone! ! Our project was dragged back and forth by them for almost two years! ! ! Totally unprofessional! ! ! ! Never seen such bad service! do not deal with this company! ! ! Do Not Waste Your time With Them - Paid full price upfront and kept getting stalled on the installation of my rangehood and splashback for more than 8 weeks! Finally had the installation date booked and the guy didnt even turn up on the day. Had to call to find out he wasnt coming because he hasnt fininshed his job at another site. Reschduled to the next day and again being 2 hours late, the owner brought his wife and teenage son to help out". Took their sweet time with the installation on a Saturday afternoon while his son layed on our couch for a lazy snooz. Show abosultely no respect to the owner and took the word "unprofessional" to a whole new level. I would give a negative star if I could!"
