Must say things have changed considerably since last used this company...From start to finish couldn't ask for great staff nothing was too much. Friendly and knowledgeableBig thanks to Matt Jackson for installation of windows and fixing the screen door that were installed shockingly 3 yrs ago...he took pride in what he was doing and cleaned up. It is such a shame when a company gets so big it forgets to look after the little people ( non business people) I have been here twice in the last 6 months and always told to go to the glass shop up the road because they are too busy for “little stuff” this is a small town still and they need to wake up. The job I needed doing could have been done with a hand glass cutter if they had of just asked. Last time I go there ......

I have been waiting since November for a measure and quote to be done. I have followed up twice since then but they obviously do not want the work and I'm now wishing that I hadn't waited 6 months for them to come, since they probably had no plans of ever coming in the first place. Poor customer service.
