Melissa was absolutely amazing. She helped me choose a colour for my hair and did a fantastic job with it. I definitely recommend this salon.

Love this salon, It may not have all the frills of some salons but the service you get is amazing. Very talented hairdressers and extremely well priced. I get foils, haircut and blowdry and always walk out feeling great. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Lovely friendly and laid back oh and great coffee :)

I am super happy with my new hairstyle. Thankyou Bec!Bec and her girls at Hair at the Zoo have an amazing talent in 'knowing' hair, so much so that I have been a regular customer for a number of years. Also, my mum and sister come out all the way from Ellenbrook just to get their hair cut and styled by Hair at the Zoo ladies. The salon is very welcoming and the girls are super friendly and brilliant at what they do.

By attending the customer and not making them wait over half an hour between cutting, dying, styling and drying. I felt neglected and the hairdresser failed to control an abusive swearing customer from annoying other customers. Very bad service indeed, won’t go there again.

I love this place and the ladies here wo do my hair! They listen, and get it right every single time. Not only that but we always have great conversations and the make a great hot beverage too! They also cut my Special needs daughter too and always do a fantastic job! I highly highly highly getting your hair done here.

Zed is my favourite hairdresser! I don't live anywhere near hair at the zoo but I will travel for her. All the staff are equally proficient and lovely! Highly recommend.

Lisa is absolutely Amazing she always has a smile on her face and is very Friendly. The prices are very good compared to a lot of other hairdressers.The girls here are very friendly and always do an amazing job.Definitely my go to hair dresser :)

I do not recommend. Everything felt very rushed. Foil colour was not what I asked for, and the cut was uneven. I was travelling out of town the next day so unable go back and complain. Had to have my hair fixed when I reached my destination.
