I did an online order last week and nothing arrived. Called multiple times no answer. My husband had to go into the store while they packed my order and they still gave ground cumin instead of cumin seeds that I ordered. Their excuse for no delivery was car broke down. Like at least let your customer know. Very bad service, not buying from them again

I bought chicken meat from here and it was so smelly, when I checked inside it was in grey colour. It must be expired meat which they gave us. It was such a pathetic experience with them. Please never buy meat from here.Thanks.

Worst service. I placed an order online and agreed to delivery time between 6pm and 6:30 pm. Delivery person turns up at 8:40 pm with items missing and incorrect order. Trying to call the store no one pick up the phone and call the delivery guy he said call the store I don't know anything. They charge so much for everything but provide wrong products.

In Ramzan, front of Ali super market making the samosa,pakora and rolls for iftar behave very badly and rude attitude with costumers .he charge more money in the end the food was under cooked. They used cheap cooking oil for the food and all people know that this thing is dangerous for any person health.

Frozen meat and smelly. The person at checkout scanned one item twice and charged me double. I found out when I got home and tele the receipt. Didn't bother to go there again to face that long queue

Total fraudulents, I had ordered goat for qurbani and at the time of deal they said goat meat will be around 18 kg, when I have received that was only 9 kg, and selling expired things as well
