Michael and the team were AMAZING! Went out of their way to get my car repaired before Christmas. Called my insurance company to keep them moving. I'm so grateful and cannot recommend them enough. PLUS they cleaned my car inside and out. It felt like getting back a new car. Excellent service all round.

I have nothing but praise for the Michael and the team here. They looked after me every step of the way, kept me up to date with the status of the car, and were a genuine and friendly crew too. The car looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I have brought 3 cars to Michael and the team for repair over the years and my wife and I have been very happy with the results, which have been performed at quite a reasonable price.

Just picked up my car from Eltham collision Centre. I had a massive scratch down the side and they have done a brilliant job respraying and blending it! Looks like new again.Hey also washed my car, cleaned the mag wheels, got rid of the tree sap on the boot panel and detail cleaned the inside including an old chocolate stain they managed to remove.The whole process was great and communication was excellent. I borrowed a loan car for the week at no extra cost and they fitted the baby seat into the loan car for me, and then placed it back into my car at the end.And just when I though expectations had been exceeded, the owner gave me a bunch of flowers to thank me for my custom!Honestly blown away but the service and professionalism, and SO glad I didn’t go to the preferred insurance provider in Preston, who from previous experience does none of these things.I would give six stars if I could. I will definitely call them again if I need to and be recommending them to friends and family.

Michael has a deep knowledge of all things automotive, and he used it to make sure my repair went smoothly and efficiently. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalsm.

I can’t rate more than 5, unfortunately. Michael and his crew are amazing. Supportive, informative and realistic. You won’t be ripped off here and your job will be amazing. My sons car is pretty much brand new now thanks to Collision Care, and in addition a dodgy job by someone else was also repaired. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a better job and would absolutely recommend Collision Care to anyone, id never, and have never gone anywhere else. Thanks Michael, you’re the best.
