Asked these guys to check what caused our Prado to break down. With a Toyota specialist on their team, they gave us a detailed overview pretty quickly, despite the backlog of work in their shop.Went out of their way to help us with moving our campervan.In the end they didn’t charge us. The fix required was warranted by Toyota, so we moved over there.Can’t thank the team enough. Peter was super friendly and everyone was professional.Would recommend to anyone wanting honest and quality car work done.

First day of our holiday, got to Bundaberg only to find the timing belt light come on, must have been our lucky day, as Canelanders Auto's fitted us in straight away, so grateful have only good things to say about these wonderful people. Credit must be given where it is due. My Volvo V70 broke down in Bundaberg. I had my car towed back to this RACQ towing/repair workshop on a Saturday. Alternator required replacing, I expected a minimum of 5 days to get the part and fit it. It was done bang on 5 days, and at extremely reasonable cost for a Volvo. Very happy with the work, and even happier with the cost. Highly recommended business.

This company couldn't of been more helpful. After a breakdown, they came and quickly picked up the car from the caravan park we were staying in, assessed what needed to be done, ordered the part and replaced, all this 6 days before Christmas day. So obliging and helpful. Highly recommend them

Hubby accidentally put vortex 95 instead of vortex diesel in our Prado… from Nathan who put the car on the back of his truck, Peter who I spoke to on the phone, Karen in the office and the “mum” every one was fabulous, had us back on the road within hours (even though they were extremely busy). They were empathetic as well. Would use them all the time if we lived up this way !!!
