If you want to lose $1500 then buy from Wireless1. If you have a faulty product they will make every excuse possible to avoid providing a refund, including lying (they ignore what the FairTrading site says a seller must do).

Over the course of the last several months, Wireless 1 have supplied us with the right networking gear for our office(s). Their Parramatta store is exceptional plus their staff and ground crew is willing to help at any time. I've stopped buying from eBay and Amazon now as I can stop by their Parramatta store at any time. Much more hands-on and a lovely chat with the owners of the business is always pleasant.

Bought some adaptor for our phone headsets for our business . Claimed on the website that our product is going to be delivered in 2-7 business days . It is now been much longer than that and we have not got our product yet. Called their number , call centre in Philippines and they advised they are getting back to me . Nothing yet ! At least this is my experience , poor customer service and false claim about delivery time . Do not recommend these guys .

Appalling customer service. I purchased from them unknowingly through the KOGAN website. My product arrived late and DOA. Once it was returned they claimed it was working and have neither provided me with a refund or returned goods that I now legally own. They will not return my emails or phone calls, cowardly hiding behind their poor call centre staff. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER. Referring this matter to Fair Trading NSW. I would give them absolutely zero stars if that was an option.
