So very thankful to Andre and his team tonight! My car wouldn't turn on suddenly when I was trying to get home after work with a tired and cranky child in tow. Andre drove out from the other side of Newcastle, replaced my battery on the spot, and I was home within an hour from calling him. Just thankful for reliable roadside assist, with experience and efficiency.

Locked my keys in the car and by chance Newcastle Roadside Assist we’re in the same car park, were more then happy to help me get unlocked and going again within 5 mins.Can’t thankyou enough.

Jordan and Adam were amazing! I was so stressed about my Battery being dead and they kept me so calm and collected. They came ASAP and fixed everything with moments. Was such an amazing experienced to go from being so stressed to so calm thanks to these guys! 10/10 would recommend if you’re ever in a tough spot with your car

The team at Newcastle Road Side Assist are a life saver! They were out within an hour and the car was opened and battery replaced within 30 min. Really affordable, no roadside membership needed, super friendly and what I thought was going to be a an issue, wasn't at all. I could not recommend this team enough! ☺

Have a Kia and the battery died while holidaying at the Hunter Valley Crowne Plaza today. Called Kia roadside and they sent out Newcastle Roadside Assistance company.The roadsode assistant mechanice got to me within only 45 minutes when i was advised 1.5 hours initially which was great as i had plans for the day.Adam was the mechanic and he greated me politely. He confirmed my batter had one cell short and beleived the battery was the problem. He jumped started the car which worked and secondly confirmed the battery issue. I was going into town to get a battery which and replace it myself. Fortunately Adam had a battery in his van which his company sells. The price was very reasonable considering I had called stores in town alreqdy. Also considering he was there already i purchased the battery and he could install it too. While doing all this Adam was courteous and explained the questionsI had. Adam got me on the road by lunchtime and time to enjoy the rest of the day.Recommend Newcastle Roadside and Adam.
