Wouldn’t ever recommend. We were given a car with spit and food scraps in it that we waited an hour for. With the dirtiest car seat I have ever seen. The only compensation was free car seat hire such a bad experience. No one would help us. Don’t need repeat customers

We have used Auto Europe/Drive Away for many years now and have enjoyed excellent customer service.Due to Covid 19 our last international booking required several date changes as well as changes to the drop off location. The staff could not have been more helpful and our requests were dealt with promptly and with courtesy.The Renault leasing is great value and combined with the excellent service we have received over the years we have been very happy.

We recently returned from three months in Europe where we had a DriveAway Euro-Lease car. This was our second time using Drive-away and both leases were exceptional. The service provided when making the booking in Australia was excellent. All staff I spoke with were professional, helpful and friendly (real people answer the phones too! Quite a bonus). The lease was easy very to arrange, and when we arrived at the pick-up location (Nantes the first time, and Milan recently), there was our brand-new car waiting for us. Drop off was also very simple. Both leases were for around three months, and this was a very economic option. We plan to use them next time.

Use to sell driveaway to my clients as a travel agent and never had any issues with them and always great prices. Decided to booked my own car with them while down in melbourne and the rate was hundreds less than booking direct and this included comprehensive cover. Had to call them with some basic questions and staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions.Everything went great and still can't believe what a great rate i got. Highly recomend!

Hire Car Booked, money paid - they still have $650 on pending (I cannot access it) money is allocated to Drive away. Reservation confirmation sent with car hire voucher. Rang Avis, we are stuck in Milan, Driveaway have cancelled our hire car yet have fraudeulently kept $650 on pending which I cannot access at all. I have had to phone from italy, I have had to contact my bank and I have had to contact Avis. This is a nightmare!

Leased a Peugeot 208 in Bordeaux, France through DriveAway for 155 days as we toured Europe from April to September. Was a fantastic experience and enjoyed the hassle free smoothness of processing, pick-up and return. DriveAway processed our booking whilst we were traveling in Asia. Car was brand new, economical on fuel with free gps and 24/7 road service in addition to full insurance with no excess. Best value car hire deal we've ever had and highly recommended for Europe. Also no extra charges if you pick-up and drop off in France.

I have just returned from 22 days in the USA. I hired a car to carry me and two friends (and luggage), picking the car up in San Francisco and dropping it off in Denver. There was a one-way recovery fee of $500, which I expected, but when the agent in San Francisco saw our huge pile of luggage, he offered an upgrade to a larger car, while dropping the one-way fee to $300. We took it.The car was brand new - leather seats, electric adjust, rear view camera via the rear-view mirror, emergency telephone contact device built-in, twin air-conditioners, two sunroofs, DVD player and roof-mounted screen. We could not have been happier with the deal. The car was supplied by Alamo, but at a considerable (like 1/2 price) discount than going directly through Alamo. We ended up driving 4,500 miles through ten states from Seattle Washington down to Santa Fe in New Mexico. I could not be happier. Oh, and don't worry about getting an expensive International Driving Licence" from the NRMA - it's not worth the paper it's printed on. In the US at least
