Just had Chris in to do our carpets for a second time, and the lounges this time too and as per usual, Chris arrived on time and was very efficient. He had a chat with us about expectations and cost before he started and was true to his word. The stains came up, the carpets & lounges look perfect. Nice guy too! Lots of helpful advice.
