Hoyts Redcliffe

Pleasantly surprised - bigger than I thought. Great recliner seats and it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't know you could buy alcoholic drinks and food here. So that was a bonus as they don't have Lux here. Plenty of parking. Will definitely go again.

All right, I'm going to be honest the front is not great and unfortunately inside is not that great either. I've seen a long movie theaters in my days and this place could use a good upgrade. Obviously I can't say that because I'm no clue where they're financial levels are at in this particular locationB U TThe reason why this is a five star review is because of the insane customer service I've just got given by a gentleman named Will or Wil" (rather tall guy with brown hair with a pretty updates and full of happiness attitude!)what do I even start with this guy? I just moved up to redcliffe and this is the nearest theater I've been to so I have no clue what was going on and no idea what this theater Branch is likeJesus Christ he completely sold me on the whole experience of the theater in hoyts !All the answers are asked him was borderline test to see if he knows his stuffand bang on the buck he happily gave me every single answer ! convinced me to even go on to the loyalty program (my choice!)whoever trained this gentleman deserves a raise

Fire alarm went off 2/3 the way through the movie and continued to go off. Staff were fantastic, but were not able to satisfactorily compensate. Spending lots of money on stale popcorn and stale choc tops isn't worth it either.

Always comfortable than going anywhere else. Can be crowded but I never had any problems throughout my years coming to this cinema., On-site parking for everyone, located at second floor of Peninsula shopping centre in Kippa-RingJust chill with pop corn soft drinks and many varieties of snacks to choose for.

Not a very good experience for the first visit here. The girl serving me basically stopped midway to sell tickets while I stood waiting for my food that I’d asked for! Then went into the cinema on a stinking hot day to cool down and I don’t think they had the air cons on! Or not on high enough for sure!!It was humid and smelt like body odour:(At least it looked pretty clean and the seats were comfy and big.

The movie experience is made even better with recliner seats and a choc top.For a cinema, it rates highly.Wide screen.Comfortable recliners.Cinema clean.The movie we saw was more of an art house movie, so it was a treat to see this locally

New updated cinemas, staff polite and friendly. Very pricey ($23 for a recliner cinema as a hoyts member). Bathrooms smelly and very old.Do like the old fashioned getting served your drinks and snacks by the staff though, it makes me feel like im a human being and not just a dollar sign.

Called to ask a question about the wording of a kids package online. The nice girl asked me to hold while she asked her manager. She put the phone down but not on hold. The manager then implied I was wanting to sit back and watch a movie for free (which was not even a part of my question) and laughing about it. Absolutely disgusting from the manager. If you are that jaded by your perceived view of your customers then leave. Don't talk trash about us.

Room 4 was a bit warm. It was 5 stars if room temperature was a little more cold. But room is very comfy.
