I have gone back to having a P. O. Box in Shepparton East Post Office as the person that runs it has change and the new people are the most wonderful and welcoming people you could wish for. You would get not only the best and friendliest of service, but he is so knowledgeable of his job and, when he was unsure, he investigated what the right answer was instead of giving me a wrong one. That made me immediately trust him and appreciate him as it showed me his commitment to do the right thing by his customers. And it didn't end up there, he found a better way for me to do what I wanted and let me know a few days later. He didn't forget my needs and kept on looking for better solutions for me!!! THANK YOU!!!!
