Great Guy, Aaron, was considerate... asked for my preferences, got it right; easy going yet fast, efficient, and left a CLEAN job site! Awesome work. Will be a repeat customer for routine maintenance and service.Asked if I wanted the hot water heater checked, and even though only 2 years old, I said yes and am grateful he asked! He replaced the valves which needed it and the dual anodes were almost gone! Pic attached. He saved our hot water heater!

When I contacted O'Brien Plumbing Samara was so helpful and professional over the phone. The plumber came earlier than booked which was awesome. Justin came he was very nice and introduced himself. Justin was explaining to me what he was going to do and what he had done to fix the blocked drained. He was very professional and new what he was doing. I'd recommend O'Brien Plumbing to my family and friends I was very happy with the service that Samara and Justin provided.

I have always been very impressed by this teams commitment to solving the issue at hand. Knowing where my money's going is important to me, so I particularly appreciate that the plumber who attends writes a very thorough breakdown of the works they complete. You can truly see the focus, effort and critical thinking they've applied to resolving the issue. Yes, other plumbers may be mildly cheaper but honestly, that peace of mind knowing the job will be done properly and you won't have to worry anymore, it really is priceless.

Contacted O'Brien following a recommendation from a friend to contact my local plumber. Dealt with Jonelle, very accomodating and understanding of my problem from 1st phone call on Friday midday. Heard back from them on the same day. Had the work completed on the Monday. Professional, easy to deal with, best price out of the 3 quotes I looked for. What more could you ask for? Will use their services again for future plumbing issue.
