Vision Radiology Reservoir

I have taken clients to many different radiology clinics in the past 12 years, and this is the first clinic where every single staff member was kind, caring and helpful to assist my niece who was in extreme pain. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

This place deserves 5/5 rating all the way. All staff including technicians are lovely , friendly and helpful. I had multiple ultrasound procedures done at reservoir location and every time the experience was very positive. They know how to calm patient’s anxiety down while being very kind and professional. I have been to other Vision radiology locations but I can say Reservoir branch is the best among all.

I have tried to book appointment here, lady is asking exact due date, we mentioned the week, still she wants to know date.How can anyone gives that?If we can't gets appointment, then what's the use of this system.

I got an orbital MRI here, and I had no idea what was involved (IV drip, 45 minutes in a tunnel unable to move) and promptly started to panic when I realised what I'd signed up for. The radiologist and team were all so supportive, they set music up that calmed me and walked me through each step keeping me informed the whole way. I was really appreciative of how they handled me, an anxious person with sensory processing issues. Overall it wasn't as bad as I thought and got through it relatively painlessly.

When it comes to the definition of professionalism and performance, Vision Radiology Reservoir would be high up on the list!Personally, I am an incredibly active person who trains and competes in a very high level of gymnastics/acrobatics, and with this lifestyle, my body is constantly under pressure.I frequently have close calls, near-miss injuries and constant need updates on my well-being to be certain I am up to date with the best physiotherapy in my line of work.I need to ensure that I am able to uphold an extremely level of dexterity, strength and flexibility.So when it comes to seeking professional assistance to examine and diagnose the severity of any performance/health issues I have, Vision Radiology Reservoir is my go-to speed dial to ensure I receive the highest level of quality care.Their workflow is efficient, the offices and workplace is well kept, and the staff are more caring than an overbearing grandmother.Based on my experience, the staff’s ability to guarantee comfort at all times throughout your experience is unparalleled within the industry, and ever since my first appointment at VRR, I haven’t bothered to even try and see other radiologists.I greatly appreciate the standard of effort and efficiency that this workplace provides and I’m glad I have a trustworthy health department on whom I can thoroughly rely.#GoMeg #GotSnacks

Had a CT L4 guided root injection here about a month ago. Clearly didn't have enough numbing.The injection was very painful. Had no relief. That night I felt like my leg had been put into a power point.Had this procedure done again at another Radiologist recently was a completely different experience.Would not recommended having this done here.

I need to make a complaint about there being no Covid safe procedures in place at your facility. Having suffered severely from long Covid, I was quite scared visiting your clinic yesterday, to see that not one member of staff, including nursing staff, used any form of Covid safe procedure. Whilst I realise that such procedures are no longer mandated by law, I would think that as a health industry provider, simple duty of care would dictate a more commonsense approach to prevention of a pandemic illness.
