Collected my car with a giant crack in the windscreen that I did not drop it off with. Overpriced for a basic service. Then, staff did not call me before going beyond the regular service….so that I arrived to collect my car and was shocked with what had been done. Not only shocked to see a big bill but also shocked to see a cracked windscreen to match! When I called to resolve the issues I was told I could bring the car back in and have parts that I didn’t consent to paying for taken out of the car rather than any refund, compensation or acknowledgment that owners should give consent for what happens to their vehicle. Terrible customer service (and car service for that matter).

They just riffed of I go for alignment they didn’t done perfect after that they done roadworthy of my car which they said need to fixed a lot near about 1500bucks and I done my service 7days ago from Sydney Midas and there is no problem in my car said by mechanic in Sydney and I think they are making fool of interstate people to get money and do road worthy it’s really bad experience for me here never come back again

A general service of the car was done.Very prompt but thorough.Very happy with the car afterwards. I could tell they’d done the service by the car and the tyres were excellent after being pumped back up.Quite happy

Simple rego. Undertook work, ‘degrease’ without consent and in doing so covered up what they claimed to be a defect. Left with choice to pay for repair or no pass. Hmmmm…

Got my interstate vehicle inspection done here for $55 and was given a quote of almost 4K of repairs to pass the inspection. Was told removal of engine was required and a whole bunch of other work This was unusual as I have my car serviced every 6 months and annual inspections for registration. I went to a different mechanic and got the inspection done. Cost me $100. This place is a rip off. Make sure to get a second opinion. I won’t be coming back here.
