Maropost (formerly Neto)

I have been using Maropost since 2014, excellent platform with plenty of technical solutions and integrations. However, since the change of ownership the customer support has gone down in quality significantly. They will just send you to mannuals now. Nobody wants to drill down to your problem any longer as it used to be. It is your own problem now. I've been having an issue with selling on a different ecommerce platform which is offered by Maropost as an upgrade at extra cost for over 6 months now and it seems this is not going anywhere. There was a success team at Neto that was reacting on every negative feedback aiming to fix the issue but now noone cares. Very disapointing. So if you are not ecommerce savy it might be difficult for you to get your business going here.

Highly recommend considering Neto to all that are looking to start/ take their business to the next level. Neto has allowed Mega Savers Australia to advance to unimaginable heights within such a short period of time. With automated processes allowing our staff to concentrate on more important tasks rather than spending time doing paperwork, our business has grown exponentially. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Neto to all our contacts as they have been a key element in our business' growth!

We have been using Neto now for a few years and can highly recommend them. The support staff are fantastic and are readily available to help with any query, big or small with clear and easy to understand explanations. No getting lost in tech jargon. We are loving the seemless integration and data feeds across our multiple sales channels, multiple websites and accounting software. We are no longer spending hours everyday re-entering data and trying to keep track of stock levels, which has freed up staff time to concentrate on our customers and growing our business.

We have been using Neto in our business now for 3 Years and we have been happy with their support. They made our switch across easy. But lately they have listened to their customers and returned us back to AUD billing. GOOD JOB Neto!!! The Customer Success guys are extremely fast and diligent .

We have been using Neto e commerce since December 2017. The Neto system is very reliable and robust. The customer support is excellent. I do not have dedicated IT person to maintain the e commerce website and we self maintain the site because it is very easy to upload and modify the content.

No customer service at all ... they ignored every request to fix up errors on their platform... Yet they still charge a fee for hosting whilst the product is not working... Their integration with AMAZON is absolutely rubbish... Can't list any products on AMAZON and the problem has been 3 years... Now they don't even respond.DIGUSTING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Amending my 5 star review down to 1 star. If I could give less than 1 star I would. What a mega disappointment this company has become after the take over by Maropost. The customer service Neto was so proud of is GONE! Stay away as it is overpriced and you get very little in return. ZERO customer support. You will be waiting for months to get every issue resolved. Pathetic.Wonderful e-commerce platform for our on-line educational toy store here at Bright Tomato Learning. Our developers suggested this as a great aussie company with excellent phone support and they were absolutely right. The support provided is always second to none. All features are easy to use and implement. The integration with ebay is smooth and problem-free. It also integrates easily with a variety of other applications. But the best thing by far is technical support and customer service. You can concentrate on running the business and worry about technical stuff or looking for freelancers to fix problems.

We have been using Neto since early 2017 and they have been fantastic!Not only do they cover all the bases you would expect a shopping cart to and more but they are constantly adding value with new and improved features and their support team is phenomenal.We have been lucky enough to attend some of the events held at their Brisbane HQ and always come away with new knowledge.I would definitely recommend them for anyone or any business looking to take their brand to the next step.

We had a Neto site for over 6 years and they offered great service and reliability. When we closed the site, we gave them plenty of notice and paid them up to date. A couple of months later they chased us for an extra months hosting fees even though the site was closed. We contacted them and told us we had to pay or else. Not a good company to deal with.

The crew at Neto have played a huge part in the success of our online business. I built the website with little to no knowledge in ecommerce platforms and the team at Neto helped and guided me every step of the way. 2 years down the track and we are still very happy with the support that Neto offers along with their products and services.
