As a visitor to Esperance I wanted a reasonably quick response to an electrical issue in my vehicle. I found that Chad did all he could to deal with my issue. The fault was tracked down and corrected, though frustrating as we couldn't get a wiring diagram.Chad has had experience in a wide variety of machinery and plant. I give my strongest endorsement for Chad and Rotech Auto Electrical. We were having vehicle issues on the side of the road between Perth and Esperance without mobile phone service. Chad was driving past with his family stopped and helped us out. He went out of his way to assess the vehicle even driving it down the road to help determine the issue while his family followed behind. He was able to trouble shoot it without any tools or equipment and told us the solution to the problem which allowed us to drive the vehicle home. For all his time and effort, he refused anything in return and bid us farewell.Incredible person with a wealth of knowledge who helped us out out of very challenging situation and wanted nothing in return. That speaks volumes about Chad's character. Thank you Chad!
