Presidential Group

We engaged Presidential Group to help us with managing the renovation of two bathrooms. This included re-tiling of floors and walls, installation of full bathrooms, repainting of ceilings + corners and installation of new eating lamps/fans.The guys helped with the selection and management of all the labour and kept checking the quality of the work throughout the project, keeping an open line of communication.We were pretty happy with the outcome of the project, especially since we ended spending about 30% less than what other businesses had quoted us.

Our business did over $8k of work for this company in November 2021. Customer very happy, both with timeframes and quality. We are still awaiting payment from Presidential. No communication, no reply to phonecalls or emails, when I do get hold of them promises of payment ‘next week’ not fulfilled. If you would like to be paid for your work, don’t bother accepting jobs from Presidential.

Amazing service very helpful kept us fully informed of each step of the process when trades would arrive and answered any questions very promptly. Trades they used were first class painters, tilers, plumber all did a exceptional job have left us with a stunning finished product thank you so much.

My fence was blown over during the recent storm and I was worried about my Dobermann Vladimir The Impailer" escaping and hurting himself or others.Their staff arrived about 8pm at night and worked in the dark with lights to ensure the temporary fence was secure enough that my hound could not get out.They are very kind

Very, very disappointed indeed! Sibel committed to doing a job for our community event but she did not attend on the date and no communication from her up to now!

Absolutely amazing service!! We had our fence smashed down and these guys were out within an hour of me calling on a Sunday to put temporary fencing up as there was a pool. Highly recommend these guys.

SIBEL ABBAS is withholding my $481.25 for a job done at a recreational facility in Leederville. I was always punctual and made sure I did the job assigned to me maintaining consistency through out. She has continued bullying me and refused to pay me. I have had to call their offices literally every week and the accountant kept giving me excuses after excuses and still I remained patient and respectful. Sibel is very unprofessional in her dealings and does not even follow the contract terms. Her true colours are coming out the open. She talks about HARAM, clearly she is an expert in that field.To those thinking of working for/taking up their services, look elsewhere. This so called 'PRESIDENTIAL GROUP', is just a flashy name for an unethical behaviour.
