Can not take children's passport photos. Can not do citizenship check. Do not apply forms for citizen ship application. other post office can do all above.

There is is a midage lady with curly hair she was rude to customer just because I didn't want to get extra cover on my parcel or she is just racist. I think she needs to learn how to respect people and improve her customer service.

I’m taking the time to do this review on 20/6/2022 at 9:30 am. For the lady name Jocelyn at the post office knox. Bad service, not feel welcome, only friendly with people she likes and so fake.I usually don’t be bothered to give feedback but after I had the encounter with her, I sat in front of post office to write this feedback. Just to let her know how awful I felt. I hope you have a wonderful day Jocelyn as you made some people feelAwful.

Went to post office today to get picture taken for proof of age card. The south Asian lady who served me had no emotion and made me feel unwelcomed. Whole interaction felt really robotic and like she was reading off a script. When I had to do my signature which will appear on my proof of age card, I messed up and wanted to redo it but she wouldn't let me and told me that it's not important. A victorian proof of age card doesn't expire so I will have an ugly signature on it for the rest of my life. Is it really that difficult to spend one more minute to let me redo a signature.

Went to pick up my item on the last day of the reminder. Get told sorry already been sent back to the sender. This is not acceptable and should be communicated on reminder notice. The guy that served me was nice but I had to track it down and try get it re directed which was an impossible task to get through on the phone. Anyway disappointing service.

Staff here are super friendly and helpful. One of the ladies who helped me went beyond and above with my query. Note: Can be a little difficult to find without the centre map as Google maps isn't great at indicating the levels. I think it's a good sized shop as well. I would go out of my way to use this Auspost if I was sending multiple and/or important items.

Went to post off one of those DNA hertitage tests. Asked if there’s anything else I needed to do except put a stamp on it. Nope was assured it was all ok and good to go.Two weeks later it comes back coz it needs a declaration on it.What’s the point in going to post office if they have no idea how to send parcels overseas??
