Not the most friendly staff. Don’t mind the service however every time I popped in there the past 3 times over the past couple of months they seemed to have a price increase, anywhere between $5-$15. Which is pretty significant and made me decide not to go there anymore. Pretty sure they judge how much you’ll pay depending on what you look and wear. Also worth to mention they reuse nail files, the disposable type…

Service honestly depends who does you nails. Sometimes I’m happy and then other times my nails raise around the edges and my hair gets caught in them. Not good enough for the price!

I took my son the other day to this nail salon. I arrived. This man greeted me very rudely. he said acrylic?" and i said no my son wants it. He shook his head and gave my 10 yr old a dirty stare. extremely rough during the whole thing.The male staff member kept on yanking at his hands and not using his words as well as giving my son filthys. I am disgusted.We need to grow up and normalise boys getting their nails done. it is not a girls thing."

Steer clear!! They’re under new management! By far the worst experience I’ve had. I was cut 3 times, they were so rough with my nails, charged me $110 and didn’t have a price list displayed (my fault for not looking) until the end when he pulled it up on a dodgy piece of paper. No massage chair, pedicure was done in 5 minutes with the tools being reused on one of the staffs fingers. HORRIBLE.

Really terrible service and overpriced! I tried to ask for help with colours and was told to pick the colour myself. They then tried to charge me an additional $15 to have a basic manicure with the already $60 SNS. Rip off!!

Just got my nails done here, first time In a salon since the COVID-19 lockdown. It took 3 hours for the girls to get this result, the technician who did my nails was so patient with all my requests and worked so meticulously to have every sing nail perfect. There is so much care for their clients. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be recommending Prestige L’Amour Nails & beauty to everyone.

They did an alright job I suppose. When it came time to put the oil on my nails, they dipped the brush into the polish, and then smeared it across my toes. They reused the foot scrubber (rinsed it and then threw it back into the cupboard). I won't be coming back here.

This place was terrible. I had a booking and they didn’t have room for me on the day. I waited half an hour for them to not do anything. They also stated on the website they had BIAB but they only had clear BIAB and did not understand what I was asking for. I walked out after waiting half an hour for them to do nothing.

Definitely my favorite nail salon. They impressed me with the high sns technical. Am 100% satisfied with the service here , definitely go back.
