I had placed an order over the phone for my partner to pick up. With this order they forgot to give me my drink they did not supply a receipt or order number. We live 40min away from the store when my partner came home with the food it was horrible. The toppings and sauce was centre to the pizza nothing on the edges leavening in some spots a possible 6 to 8 cm gap this was on both the pizzas I’ve ordered. The pizza itself was nearly raw dough if I was to describe it I could roll it into a ball and it would stay that way. The garlic bread was burnt and quite hard and disgusting. It is not the first time I’ve had problems with this store spanning over 3 years but I am finally fed up. I went back to the store to ask for a full refund as I was not happy with the quality. I had even contacted the manager on day of ordering and advised they didn’t give me a drink the manager James said he would give me my money back however couldn’t do it via card it would have to be in store and cash. You could picture my utter disappointment when after I had made that call we opened the box at home and it was below standard. I have photos to prove all of my remarks. I advised the store that I will get in contact with head office and put in an official complaint against both the manager and the sore not only for poor customer service but poor food quality once again. I received terrible customer service but had to waste my own time and money to drive back the next day without getting to any reasonable result and was sent away without the drink.

Website and google say this store is open but it is definitely not. Make sure you call first before placing an online order or just opt to pay when you arrive. Lucky PayPal gave me a refund for not supplying the pizza and being closed. They have a pathetic sign up and don’t update the website.

Absolutely atrocious. If it wasn't already paid for I would have walked out. Three staff working, the screen says my order is ready but I see one of my pizzas being made. On top of this I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without anyone speaking to me. Customer service woeful. 0 stars.

This pizza is absolutely nothing like the picture. $16 for a pile of rubbish. No toppings, nothing special. Go anywhere else.

It was worst pizza I have ever had. It's nothing but tomotato sauce on bread, there was hardly any toppings and just a few dots of cheese here and there. I would never buy again from this store.

Disgusting.Store is filthy and the guy making pizzas isn't wearing a hat or hairnet. Barely any sauce on the pizza.Don't waste your time or money.

The shop is filthy.Pizza tasted off. Very pukey taste. I ate half and threw up a few hours later. Also found a hair in my food.

This is just embarrassing, I paid $2.25 extra for pepperoni and all I get is 5 slices.. That's not even 1 piece per slice of pizza! Daylight robbery.

Don't waste your time or money ordering with this store took 2 hours for a meal to be delivered. I requested what was delay ohh It's going to be another 5 minutes I had to wait 2h 45 minutes until I requested my refund with exceptionally poor customer service
