Worst experience of my life !! Mal came to my home and promised me the world, convinced me she could help me with book keeping and enhancing my company. She took the last three years files of business and then ignored my calls, texts, emails etc. After she promised to our job keeper in for me and told she had actually done it, called the ato and tax accountants and none of this was done !! Missed out on all this. I asked her to return my files so I could find some one else and she ignored me another 6 weeks it wasn’t until I had to search her down physically that I got only 2/3rds of my files returned and the files that were returned were soaked in alcohol, scrunched up, ripped apart and had cigarette burns. With the response “you’ll just have to go find the receipts again and use your bank statements” all said with a smug smile on her face. DONT INVITE HER INTO YOUR LIFE OR BUSINESS

Mal and her team to get my company up and running. They take care of all my admin and marketing which gave me time to go out and quote. They are prompt, thorough and very easy to work with
