Very disappointed with the steak it was almost black on one side and cooked perfect on the other. The chef on duty should of never of let the meal pass over the counter to be served to the customer. Sorry but I won't be returning due to the quality control of the meals being passed out after the chef has checked it.

Went there for dinner. Very popular and busy. Unfortunately restaurant had major IT failure, which caused long delays. Very good food when we got it. Good place for families as has big play area. Plenty of parking. We would go there again.

I absolutely love this pub. It is very family friendly, yet easy to find somewhere away from the kids. Great food, cold beer, awesome atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful decor. Icing on the cake is the have the footy on the many big screens around the pub.

Only my second time dining here in a year. But I have to say the food was incredible and quick to be readily available. Service was excellent also.

We stayed one night at the Ophir hotel. The room were lovely and provided with many basics. The rooms were clean, and there was an aircon and heater for cold and hot nights. However, we did struggle to find the accommodation at first. Since the hotel is connected to a pub and resteraunt, all the parking was full, and to book in, you need to go to the main bar and ask to book in. There is a sign when you walk into the resteraunt saying to book in through the bar, but we were confused nonetheless. We also ate in the connected resteraunt which js under the same business. The food was delicious, however, we asked for entrees first, and they made the entrees and mains all together which we weren't happy with since we had to rush to make sure things weren't cold. We also ordered dessert, and they asked us for our buzzer after we had mains. It turns out that they had forgotten our desserts, and it wasn't until I asked that they realised, which was very lucky since it was after the kitchen closing time and they were kind enough to make our desserts. All was delicious, except the chocolate sauce with the churros which was literally chocolate topping squeezed from a store bought bottle. We enjoyed the experience, but think it could be improved upon.

First time with my wife at the Ophir Hotel for dinner. We had Atlantic salmon & the 200g sirloin steak accompanied by a glass each of Pinot noir - delicious meal. Combined with excellent friendly service, high standard facilities, good music etc, we couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended!

Went for the vegan menu. Big pub with a large indoor/outdoor bistro, good to get some solid vego food, pretty decent selection of beers on tap.We walked down from Orange which was a bit of a hike along the highway but still only took 25 mins or so.
