We recently purchased a house through Clinton & Dereck at Century21 and we were extremely disappointed.As a buyer they are terrible.We were ignored and disregarded. The contract was not adhered to. Their contract Inspectors provided terrible service and our lack of knowledge around purchasing a house was taken advantage of.Would not recommend to anyone!

Prompt and professional service. Our property was advertised, shown and leased very quickly. I believe this is due to the experience held by our agent...they know the market well and advised accurately what rental return we could expect and what maintenance was required. All maintenance jobs have been arranged quickly and affordably, ensuring that we had a great property ready for a tenant.
