We are happy with Phil's service and work always. He has advised us to have timing belt replacement since we are driving interstate which we are happy to oblige because unless it's in real need he wouldn't advise.

Over priced 100km and 120km service that they stated was a normal major service. Getting a quote later from the work done in these services UltraTune over charged me and additionally replaced two tyres that didn’t need replacing (as they had been replaced at 40,000km earlier.) Do not recommend them at all.

Log book service - Phil as always very thorough and a pleasure to deal with…and does it all for an affordable price

Avoid going to this place at all cost. And in my opinion this place should lose it’s license and needs to be closed down!I took my car over there for minor service and Phil the mechanic did put a thin oil in my car engine (thinner oil compare to manufacture recommendation). The professional negligence has as caused severe damages to my engine which is over $3500 to get it fixed.Note that I had my car since new, never had any issues and it was always serviced on time at dealership. This was the fist and for sure the last time that I took my car to this place.I’m currently seeking compensation from Ultratune and will update this review if anything changes.

Great service and communication. The bloke behind the counter was very helpful and let me know what needed to be done on my vehicle to make it safe. Will use their services again!
