A short hike over the headland from north end of Sunshine Beach reveals these secluded caves. There is a slow rock climb (recommend barefoot) down to the caves. Only safe to visit at low tide but absolutely worth the effort on a sunny day.

Tried today at low tide, the climb down to the Caves is very dangerous. Some cave in has scrambled the route a bit but there is kind of a path". Rocks were wet and slippery. Tried and stopped because of the risk. Looks good from afar but not worth the risk."

It's pretty nice and cool area to explore and discover new location, but best to go at low tides.I was lucky to go at low tides but always do ur research before going.

Paradise Caves
Secluded area that mostly only the locals know about. For anybody looking to visit, I wouldn’t recommend trying at high-tide as access to these caves does become extremely dangerous, and not worth it. Plan your trip for low tide.

Great place but hard to access, be careful, you need to climb some of rocks - Use good shoes - Check the swamp

Great spot, it's a pretty steep hill to the beach but it's worth it.

It's only recommended to access the cave at low tide. We didn't plan ahead but we were lucky to come here when it was low tide. It was Valentine's day but also a working Monday, so we had the cave to ourselves the whole time. It was secluded and not easy to access, but the view was spectacular and well worth it. It might not seem to be easy to go down from the top, but along the edge of the cliff there was a clear path leading to the cave, you just had to go lower to see it. We have been to Noosa several times but this is our first time going inside the cave and we are glad we did it. It's stunning enough from the top, so bear it in mind that even if you don't go down, it's completely fine because safety should come first.
