The friendliest company and they operate the Hotham Village Snow Bus service as well.

Anthony was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to look after us. I'd recently hurt my knee and he insisted on helping us carry our bags to our car. He also constantly checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I really appreciated all his help and he made what had been a tough weekend more bearable. I hope to travel with him again in the future.

Had a quick day trip up to Hotham on a rare sunny day (15/7/19). Big shout-out to our excellent driver Ryan who was the perfect host - full of information on the Alpine area which made the experience enjoyable for us Adelaide visitors.

Note: there should be a fifth option such as ‘all of the above’First adventure to the snow for the grandsons was an amazing success.All of our family members who were with us enjoyed their day immensely.There had better be more snow for our second adventure tomorrow though

Most greedy and selfish company. What ever you do DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and leave you with you with absolutely nothing. My partner and I paid for two tickets, one day larer due to unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule. This company decided not to give us any refund, and did not want to reschedule at all.

But some of the negative reviews for this family owned and operated company are from people that haven't even travelled with Snowball Express or understood the terms and conditions or just outright selfish! Google refuses to remove their content even after proving the non-validity of the review.People using this form of media to belittle the company and taking advantage of them not being able to rectify the issue (if there ever was one!) - is very disappointing, weak, and sad. Highly recommend! From Nadina in the office who went above and beyond to assist us with our booking, information for our trip and emailing timetables, to Jono who drove us up the Mountain, Chris who drove us from Dinner Plain to Hotham, the drivers who wished my son a happy birthday over the UHF radio. The service and experience was exceptional and made our first snow experience a stress free memorable one. We didn’t have to worry about parking cars or driving with chains as the hassle is taken care for you by a pleasant bus trip instead!
