It was good for a while, until we needed to use the internet for lockdown. Now we have been having almost daily drop out and extremely slow internet. It's less reliable and slower than ADSL (which we can't switch back to as Telstra no longer offers it)

Have been on YLess4U for over a year. So much better than Telstra. You can ring up a person if there is an issue and talk to them. They respond quickly to down times. In the past with Telstra in regional NSW we would not have a connection except via our phones for weeks at a time if the internet was lost. YLess4U has never been more than half a day.

Having been with Telstra for years and enduring the high costs, along with the numerous outages for days and weeks at a time, only to wait on the phone for hours requiring help with the internet - a hero came along, in the form of Yless4u!The service has been outstanding and always accessible. The coverage has been impeccable, allowing my son to complete his online assignments when needed. On the odd occasion when the service has been down (due to weather), Yless4u have rectified the situation within 24 hours!I couldn’t recommend Yless4u enough - you’ll be more than happy with Yless4u telecommunications provider- guaranteed!

Have to say outstanding team. Nothing was a problem for getting the connection sorted. While we were at frame stage the team decided to run a second cable as they expected a second tower that would give a better signal. Just love that kind of approach. Great communications when there is known issues. Thanks heaps.

YLess4U is fantastic. Awesome service.After having a blackout for around 1/2 hour on 4 January, the internet connection did not return. We turned the router off and on many times when the electricity returned, but to no avail.I emailed YLess4U to log our problem and within 5 minutes of emailing our internet connection returned, with a return email from YLess4U saying it had been corrected.At the time my daughter was in the middle of a Uni assignment when it went out, and was quite stressed at the time. She was over the moon when the internet returned.I cannot thank these guys enough for the unreal service... and the service has been outstanding on more than one occasion over the past few years.

Unreliable quality of service (QoS). We live north of Canberra within their service area and have 1-3 dropouts a month (that we notice), sometimes they are short, but when you're on a work call it's embarrassing to continually have to connect to your hotspot, dial back in and apologize (again) for the disconnect. I did ask YLess4U about this issue of the multiple dropouts & their QoS targets for customers but unfortunately they essentially ignored the question & simply thanked me for letting them know that the internet was down (for the umpteenth time). I'd call this apathy. When the service works, it works reasonably well - according to our friends and neighbours, YLess4U data rates are better than other comparably priced options available to us (Skymesh NBN and Optus 4G Home internet). Note that there is no weekend or after hours support for residential customers (explicitly stated to me in a support ticket), so if the internet goes out on Friday night, you may not see it back again until Monday morning! The one good thing is that they are local and you can actually call them up and discuss your issue with a support person (Mon-Fri), unlike reports I've heard from Starlink customers who cannot get support for days or weeks in some cases. Minus one star for our poor QoS and another for the apparent apathy from the support team to our continuing issue of dropouts.

Sub par speeds with multiple dropouts on a daily basis. Unfortunately where we live, there aren't many ISP/RSP options.Lovely support staff, but there is some deficiencies on the technical side.

YLess4U established a new network in our region and their entire presence has been positive and amazing!! Infrastructure is leagues better than what we had, responsiveness and general and critical updates are second to none. If these guys are in your region, switch provider now!

YLess4U definitely smashes it out of the park for an awesome internet service for someonethat lives rurally. They provided a service to me that Telstra, Optus and NBN Skymuster couldn't. Haven't looked back since taking service on in 2018.
