Have visited numerous times. Always met with professional treatment, lovely conversation and an overall exquisite experience. The atmosphere is wonderful and all the ladies (particularly the beautiful Monique) made me feel super welcome. I would rate 10 stars if I could and I will 100% be returning!!

This salon is staffed by MAGICIANS! They have worked MIRACLES with my hair! I walked in with something resembling a mobile bird's nest of messy curls, and walked out with poker-straight hair. And they are kind and patient with a nervous customer, as I was. Very happy customer who will be returning.

Asked for a haircut with layers and a blow dry with a curl, and unfortunately now my hair is ruined. For some reason the haircut resulted in the hair at the sides of my head being now shorter than my fringe. The length of my hair is choppy and uneven at the ends. On top of that when I was getting my hair shampooed, the hairdresser put Silver Shampoo in my hair without asking. And so on top of my bad hair cut, my hair is now also ashy.

Thanks to all the lovely ladies at Classic Cuts and Colours Eltham, especially Lorraine, Simone & Leanne. Always very welcoming and professional every time I’ve been there. Love the banter between them all & the clients, very relaxing. Lorraine has been cutting/colouring my hair for a few years now, she always listens and I love her suggestions for my hair, over the past few years I’ve changed colours a few times and she always makes sure it comes up a treat!

Worst hair cut & colour ever, left after 3 hours with more regrowth than l came in with, three women worked on my hair, terrible, never go back again.Original review by my wife (my google id) That's why your 'record' draws a blank. Also it's been weeks since your hack job and I am still hearing about it Thanks!!!
