Very positive experience using Smarter Air and Electrical to replace an old ducted system and also add an additional split system to another room. The pricing was good and the communication was easy. The initial consultation was very thorough and professional and the installation was about a month later. The team that was onsite doing the work was very efficient, professional and focused. Everything went as planned and the job turned out great. Just a very smooth professional experience, which is rare to find these days.

From initial quote and consultation, communication was outstanding, any questions or concerns i had were responded to in a way that I could understand . On installation day the team arrived on time, were quite efficient, very courteous and professional. The team worked through to finish without any breaks. I was walked through on how to operate the system, how it worked, and shown what work was done on completion. Work was done neatly and cleanly and they cleaned up and vaccumed after. What an amazing job, well done! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in future.
