Poor customer service !I am a loyal customer of good guys for years but definitely they don’t have the consistence standard of customer service from store to store . At least not the same that I got in Melbourne !Good brands and products but not great customer care included .

Salesman could have made a good sale with me but he could not be bothered answering my questions or giving any relevant information. We purchased a product and when taken home unpacked it to find it was broken. Whilst disappointing, I understand these things happen. When returning the product I was underwhelmed by the response of the staff member. No apology, no customer care at all. It was a massive inconvenience made worse by staff members attitude.

We went in to by a heater that the web site said were in stock, couldn’t find any staff to help.When we did find someone, he couldn’t wait to get rid of us, he said the only heaters were what’s on the floor, totally dismissive.Terrible customer service

Ordered a freezer paid extra to unpack and setup and take old freezer away. Delivery guys turn up and say unpacking and removal not on their paperwork so refused to do it! Called them up, explained what happened, said they would come back tomorrow, no sign of anyone, called again, noone knew about it! Still sitting in the box, too heavy to lift myself and still waiting. I would say steer clear unless you have the tolerance level of a saint!! Very poor service and they couldn't care less to boot!!!

Bought a TV from here. Nothing but problems. Just threw me off to the manufacturer and didn't lift a finger. Really thought they were good but was sorely disappointed. Steer clear. I certainly won't be found in this place again. Good guys? What a laugh
