Kara is very informative and gives instructions on how to maintain muscle health between sessions. I would definitely recommend her to help with back pain

Kara works wonders on my bad knees, shoulders, neck, back n lymph. I would feel all brand new every time after seeing Kara, love how she would use a combination of techniques within the same session to rectify different problem areas, and share her professional knowledge so that I know how to take better care of myself between sessions. Highly recommend seeing Kara, she’s very professional in a warm, friendly and witty way, and undoubtedly an expert in her field.

I’ve been visiting Kara for both anti cellulite and post-op lymphatic drainage massage for a few months now. I always see the difference right away and she has given me sufficient knowledge to upkeep the results at home. Highly recommend

What a truly talented and gifted massage therapist. Thank you Kara, you made me feel so much better. I think it was the turning point in my recovery from Ross River Fever. I will definitely be back for another lymphatics drainage massage. Your customer service, following me up the next day was outstanding. These days people do not understand what customer service is. I have been going to Kara for massage since 2009. There are many massage therapists in Sydney but only a few has similar skills set like Kara.I suffer from muscular dystrophy disease since birth and have undergone numerous different operations over the years.Due to my condition, I often suffer from fluid retention, lymph issue, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hips flexor & neck/ shoulder issues etc. I always feel much better after each massage session and no longer rely on panadol for pain relief.Kara is an expert in her field and I feel so blessed to have her as my therapist.

I developed lymphoedema on a flight last year and, not knowing exactly what it is and not getting much advice from my GP, I found Kara by chance and she has been an absolute godsend. I have been seeing her weekly for about ten months now and she has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only have her lymphatic drainage massages helped improve my leg significantly, she has also guided me on how to treat this chronic condition going forward. I am so glad I found her and cannot recommend her strongly enough. She definitely knows what she's talking about!

I have to reiterate what the other reviewers have said: Kara is extremely talented and skilled, and she clearly knows what to do to address the problem that you may have. Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to visit her once. Too bad she is a 20-hour plane ride away. :(
