Helga's Pet Resort

I cannot recommend Helgas Pet Resort highly enough. Our retriever Chilli went in for a week a bit scruffy after camping in the outback. She came out healthy, happy, washed and groomed. A very professional and well run resort for pets.

Would highly recommend Helgas Pet Resort. Our 7 month old puppy stayed for 3 weeks with Helgas Team and he was looked after extremely well. The team were so accomodating with last minute changes to our travel schedule. Thank you

The staff are friendly and the kennels look alright. I like that you can walk your dogs to their kennels to say goodbye to them. They also haven't missed any of my dogs medication when we have taken them there.My biggest issue is that this place offers air-conditioned kennels on their website ehich was the reson we pucked them, but when my husband asked them about it upon pick-up, he was advised that they no longer offer it due to running costs? Yet the email I received said that the kennel would be air-conditioned. I also booked them back in after that first instance and the email and website still say that the kennels are air-conditioned.

We picked up our 3 dogs after a week of boarding, all were injured. 1 dog a swollen deviated snout, needed a vet visit, antibiotics and pain meds. Second dog a dry laceration to his side15cm long, but shallow... still bears the scar. Our 3rd dog multiple small open wounds around his mouth and whiskers.The only explanation was I don't know what happened there""

I felt comfortable in leaving my dog Mayla at Helga's. We were welcomed by Alex who was very bubbly and friendly. The security they have for your dog is fantastic and a great set up. We used the Resort for two days and for the price and peace of mind that my girl was safe it was well worth it. Thank you

Helgas just cared for our 2 whippets for 3 weeks. They hand fed Dusty because they noticed she wasn’t eating at the beginning and emailed us to let us know. We were so worried about leaving them but there was no need to worry they were perfectly cared for. The dogs looked healthy and happy with shiny coats! Thanks Helgas! Highly recommended.

Teddy, our 16 year old dog has spent many holidays, long and short at Helga’s Pet Resort. He has just been collected after six weeks of boarding and is looking very happy and healthy.We would like to thank Wilf, Norene and staff for once again doing a fantastic job looking after our little man - even when dealing with his complicated feeding and medical needs.Wayne & Rhonda
