Doors Plus Clyde
I like this company’s efficiency and level of care they put into their product. A little expensive but worth it. If only I could just walk in and purchase my doors without the wait, that would be splendid. With that said 2-3 days lead time for pick up isn’t bad at all. At Doors Plus you’ll find yourself spoiled for choice. I feel like I have advertised this company enough now and ain’t getting paid for it :)

'Doors Plus, No Fuss'? A major (double) 'Fuss'-Up, rather.Before electing to go with Doors Plus, you will need to read this review. We placed an order for a front door at Clyde. Over 4 months later, we find a completely different door delivered to our address. This particular door also happened to drastically vary from the incorrect code that Brandt - at Doors Plus Clyde - typed into the original invoice.Not only did we have the wrong door ordered, a different door that failed to match the incorrect invoice code was also delivered over 4 months later.The situation did not improve. We had to initiate the first contact. We called. Twice. We were unable to interact with Doors Plus until the sales consultant Shannon finally returned our call. The conversation failed to start off with a simple apology. We were advised of the fact that we had to endure another minimum 10-12 week wait prior to the delivery of the original door. We escalated the complaint to the Team Lead, Rebecca.This has been the worst service we have ever experienced. For reasons that require no further explanation, we cannot recommend Doors Plus in any way. Any trust in all facets of the business have been lost.

We were very happy with the service we received from Jeremy on the day, then found out the front door we ordered in maple would need to be changed as it would not fit. We specified that we wanted ‘like key entry’ for both doors and when doors were installed this was not the case. At no time were we informed that this could not be done unless we change the type of lock. We waited 12weeks for the doors so they had plenty of time to let us know. When we phoned, Hugh was to contact head office to find out if doors plus would pay for a locksmith to change the barrel of one lock at their cost. Still waiting on his call! Another male at doors plus said NO, there’s nothing they can do.Make sure when you order from this company you get what you want because they will sell you the doors you want, then just change the order when those doors are not appropriate for your house. Just a get the business at all cost attitude!!!Never use them again

I saw many positive review on door plus so I decided to go ahead with door plus with my front door replacement. However my experience is very bad. I have email them twice before door installation to remind them to update my door handle, however they still missed it. They came with the wrong door handle. I found out after they have removed my door so I have to let them to install my door without a handle. It is very difficult to open and close my door without a handle, it may also damage the door structure by banging it when closing the door. I have called Doorplus many times today and they have passed me between Lewisham store and head office throughout the day without action anything. Now my door does not has a handle and I am not sure when they can come and install a handle for me. I am so disappointed with their services.

I purchased a new paid of doors for our front door. The service was all good and well before i paid. Once the door was ready to be fitted the locks provided was different to what we purchased ( we decided to let it go and not fuss about it). Less than 3 months later we noticed the edges of both the insides and outside we all fading and going to a lighter raw wood colour. We made contact to customer care and they assured someone was coming to inspect this. We have sent over 9 emails in the past 10 months of having this issue and yet still not resolved. Last email from doorsplus was they will have a rep contact me directly on my mobile which was 5 weeks ago and still no call. I have sent another email already today and lets see if this gets fixed. Spent over $4000 with them on two doors and this is the customer service we received.

Purchased a screen door. Very happy with the installation person, but lady on the phone organising appointments to measure and install very rude and unhelpful.I requested installation on a saturday, but they have no one available on weekends. Then I asked for an early morning appointment for a weekday 6 weeks in advance, and I get 1pm,The office salesman took my deposit even though I made my request clear. He suggested it might be possible, but it was not.

We absolutely love our interior doors from Doors plus Lewisham store.The customer service was excellent from the start with helping us with choices and advice was fantastic and helpful and the excellent service and work Tim did in installing them for us.We are so happy we went with Doors Plus Lewisham StoreGreat work Doors plus thank you so much also huge thank you for your excellent staff all round the perfect installation Tim did.

Hello thereMe & my wife were considering to replace the main entry door of our home to get a modern look along with some security features. We visited few shops including “Doors Plus” in Granville, NSW where we met Ivan.During our visit, Ivan showed us all the available options to meet our expectations. He also suggested the door which will look modern & serve the security purpose at same time. He suggested different latches & handles to suit the door design. He answered all our queries to our satisfaction either in store or over phone at a later time.Once we finalised the door design & all accessories, Ivan offered a great discount to seal the deal. He visited our home for initial measurement & organised the carpenter for installation within 1 week.The complete process from start to end was very well managed by Ivan. He was open & honest in his communication throughout the whole process. He dealt with us as one of his family members.I will recommend “Doors Plus” & Ivan from Granville, NSW store if you need any assistance with doors or windows for your home.

'Doors Plus No Fuss' offer a service that cannot be provided. I rang to request a free measure and quote as advertised, which I believed would involve a trades or sales person to come to my site, measure, offer options, and quote me a price for installation of doors. Silly me! On calling, I was informed that I would need to take measurements and photos of what I wanted done and bring them to the showroom to discuss options.Doors plus no service = no fuss, I go elsewhere!False advertising at it finest!
