Over the last 12.5 yes I have found the Staff caring and obliging. My little Poodle often had her Grooming done at Woolgoolga ( Woopi ) which was always a very positive experience for her. Her physical Check ups were always thoroughly carried out with love.

I highly recommend Adam Gerhardt!Adam is professional, caring and tells you what you need to know even if it maybe hard to hear. My pug dog, Arky, saw Adam for his whole 12 years of life. I can’t thank Adam enough for taking care of Arky and helping me to be the best pug mum I could be. Thank you Adam!

Pacific Vet care Coffs go above and beyond for my boys. Even down to making sure there was an appointment when I was scared my cat was really I'll. They are kind, generous and understanding. We especially love Joe, Lady Joe and ofcourse Rupert's favourite Lilly. Thankyou for making it affordable, and a loving experience. And always having our backs. My husband, mum, cats aunt, cats and I all appreciate you guys!

I've only had positive experiences bringing my cat here. The vets have always been very friendly and helpful. Payments at the front desk after the appointment are always prompt and polite. Even other customers in the waiting area have always been friendly to us.Highly recommend

I cannot thank enough Vet's Jo & Lily for the wonderful care they took of my Lucy when she was so unwell recently. The kindness & compassion they had for her, & me, will never be forgotten. (Lucy's leg is almost healed, though I fear her heart failure is progressing). Thank you!!

This vet practice is horrible. They try to overcharge and once called out they “round the price up” AKA remove what they tried to overcharge. They are terrible at communicating with pet owners and just “forget” to let them know when there’s a complication in surgery which adds $1000 onto the bill. Not to mention every bill I received had different information and one of them was completely missing a day! My poor kitten came home traumatised. They treated her poorly and you could tell from the way she would react to almost every vet except one.

I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate vet than Adam when we had to say goodbye to our dog. He stayed late to see us, came out after hours and then gave us all the time we needed. Our new puppy has had several visits and overnight stays and the service from all continues to be excellent. Thank you
