SHONKY RIP OFFS. After spending a more than a thousand dollars a this store for Chritmas presents, I went to return a simple $40 pair of gloves and the manager Paul was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. I just wanted a refund as I thought that even a replacement would still fail due to the poor design of the glove. They kept the gloves and will send them to the distributor, but now I have to go back again to collect a replacement pair again. Wow, the simplese of thing on a very small value item and these guys wouldn't help me out. WATCH OUT IF YOU SPEND BIG BUCKS WITH THESE GUYS, if the product fails, you'll be treated like a criminal or worse.

Huge variety of snow gear for everyone for our trip to NZ. The staff were so helpful and knowledgable as we haven't been to the snow before. Didn't try and over sell us and kept everything simple and so easy for us. Would highly recommend this shop for snow lovers!

Customer service is amazing! Picked up my online order in store & while I was there thought it be good idea to check the size of one of the items. It was a bit small but they didn’t have anything on hand but the boss offered to personally deliver the other size & bring another if that was still too small. So thankful I ended up purchasing the extra one anyway. Easy to use online site & not dodgy at all.

I purchased two lifejackets as Xmas gifts for family members, but I sadly got the wrong sizes. Rapid immediately called me up to help out with sizing options and we're happy to organise an exchange. Once I sent back the first set of lifejackets they immediately sent out the new ones that arrived the next day (from Adelaide to Sydney). They fit perfectly.The Rapid team were helpful and courteous from start to finish, their product quality is fantastic, and overall I had a fantastic experience with them. Paul is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to assist our family with all our boat gear. Don't go anywhere else but this store for you equipment.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff! Rapid is always our first choice to buy our gear from! We had a problem with one of our knee boards and rapid were happy to resolve the problem! Highly recommend to shop at rapid!
