The staff were extremely helpful in setting up a payment plan for emergency surgery for my doggy.Service was prompt and efficient. Possibly more expensive than some others though.

Over priced. Nail clip $10 in Melbourne, $36 here... my cat was shakky after picking her up after her 5min nail clip. Disappointing as I'm a local, to be charge so high

I made an enquiry on a Monday no reply. Now Saturday and no reply. Since then , have gone to our old Melbourne vet who always reply. It would have been nice to have a local vet.

Took my very sick cat to the one of the vets here. They were caring and compassionate and also considerate of our financial situation. Reception have also been kind and helpful. Cat is home, healthy and happy :)
