One of the worst management and rubbish people. Our Shop is closed during this covid 19 situation. And there is no rubbish in the bin. We stop the service during this time and inform them to continue the service after open the shop.We missed the only one bill to pay and they charge $ 45 for late fees charged. How someone can pay without the business. And we also informed them, after we realised that we missed the bill that will pay after store and get normal..Please stay away from this people..

They have to learn not to talk back to customers, talk over the customers, anger the customers and listen to them attentively. Once they understand where the customer are coming from...

Poor service. Not happy with the customer service department. They are getting this bad review because of 1 lady who doesn't know how to deal with customers. They have to learn not to talk back to customers, talk over the customers, anger the customers and listen to them attentively. Once they understand where the customer are coming from, find a solution.Their manager rectify the problem straight away, but this review should have been prevented if that lady knew how to handle customers appropriately.

The company I work for Buildfix have Been using J.J. Richards (seven hills) for a couple of years now. Always have a positive experience any time I call for collection. People are always super friendly and helpful on the phone. The gents that normally collect the bin are also very friendly.

This is the worst company you can possibly deal with. They will charge for services which they haven't done. I have to to go to the court with them to get back money paid to them. I wished I have never used their services.
