I got my ears pierced here last week and was really happy with the service and result. I was quite nervous but the beauty therapist Amanda was lovely and explained the whole process as it went. They are healing well and I couldn't be happier with the positioning. I'll be back to get my next set with her soon!Also got a leash lift which went smoothly. I didn't get any stinging eyes like I have in the past at other places who seem to just rush you in and out.Bonus points to the salon for also selling ASAP products which my skin loves! 10/10

I booked ahead, i replied “Yes” to their confirmation text a day ahead. Went there and they cannot find my booking. Supposed to be my first piercing and I was preparing my anxiety for nothing. They need to fix the booking system.

Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She took things at my pace when the pain became too much, and was very caring and sympathetic throughout the entire waxing process. Would 100% recommend Essential Beauty to anyone, especially if being cared for by Amanda.

Fantastic experience.I went in yesterday morning (29/11) as a walk-in to get a piercing. Despite having a busy day, the beauty therapist was great at explaining the process and checked in on me several times. She was very thorough with the education about after-care. Great customer service.

Took my daughter for ear piercing and we were both happy with the the double ear piercing. She received a bear and certificate which she loves. She came home and told her Gran she was the bravest girl today. Thanks Essential Beaty.

First of all, I arrived at the service and the staff ignored me for a while. When I finally got a seat in the room the lady who was giving me the belly piercing; the first women who was working there was literally shaking showing a piercing that had a literal mushroom fungus/mould in it. She then continues to constantly complain about how she has had such a long day" and "wants to go home". Already feeling uncomfortable

I received an eyebrow wax, shape and tinting as well as other waxing services from Maddy. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. The outcome was amazing, I couldn’t be happier and the price was incredible value for money. Unfortunately I am visiting Brisbane but would be very willing to make Maddy my regular go to! Some of their staff are incompetent.My initial nose piercing with them went great. Very professional and clean. When it was healed I went to get them to change it, and the staff doing it was unable to do it succesfully, all ending in a lot of pain and having to repierce my nose in a rush, which when I came home I realised did not even align with my original piercing! 2 days later it is getting infected :-(

Always happy to recommend Essential Beauty at Indooroopilly I’ve had a few piercings done here over the years. Today I was able to do a walk in appointment with Maddi for a body piercing. She is very quick and confident, definitely felt like I’m in safe hands. Whole appointment was over within 5 mins, and was given a good run down on after care and it also is very affordable.
