Susanna (sorry for spelling) was an excellent beautician for me.I was a little nervous for my lash lift & henna brows. Susanna listened to my preferences, spoke about different options for me and talked me through each step during each process.Susanna was gentle and I've never had a more relaxing experience with a lash lift!Price is very reasonable and I appreciate the packaging price (2 services together).I'd be very happy to come back to Transformed and happy for Susanna to look after my brows & lashes again.

Got a classic set refill today, done by Ellie and it was amazing! She did a really good job and was quick too.I'm one of those people who flinches a bit so I reckon I might be a lash artists worst nightmare, but she didn't comment on it and I was able to feel comfortable coming in. I had such a lovely experience! Hannah did my lash lift and tint and gave me exactly what I was after and gave me advice on upkeep. I was very pleased with having my service 40% off too! (Because she’s new) The place was very professional and tidy. I will definitely be coming back :)

The service at Transformed Lashes is always excellent, and the staff are so professional. They talk you through the process, ask for consent and clarify your requirements as necessary. I always feel at ease when I visit the salon, and always leave feeling like I've received the best quality service possible.My most recent visit I had lash lift and tint + henna brow styling, performed by Susana.
